Disposal Upon Lease Termination Sample Clauses

The "Disposal Upon Lease Termination" clause outlines the procedures and responsibilities for handling any property, equipment, or materials left on the premises when a lease ends. Typically, this clause specifies whether the tenant must remove their belongings, how abandoned items will be treated, and whether the landlord can dispose of or retain such items. Its core function is to prevent disputes over leftover property and to clarify the parties' obligations, ensuring a smooth transition at the end of the lease.
