Disposition by Landlord Sample Clauses

The "Disposition by Landlord" clause defines the landlord's rights and procedures regarding the sale, transfer, or other disposition of the leased property during the lease term. Typically, this clause outlines whether and how the landlord can transfer their interest in the property, and may specify the tenant's rights or obligations in such an event, such as notification requirements or the automatic transfer of lease obligations to the new owner. Its core practical function is to clarify the process and implications of a change in property ownership, ensuring both parties understand their rights and responsibilities if the landlord disposes of the property.
