Disposition of a Membership Interest. (a) Prohibition. No Membership Interest, or any right, title or interest in or to such Membership Interest, now or hereafter owned, held or acquired by any Member shall be Disposed of voluntarily, involuntarily, directly or indirectly, by operation of law, with or without consideration, or otherwise except in accordance with the provisions of this section 8.
