Common use of Disposition of Abandoned Property Clause in Contracts

Disposition of Abandoned Property. If LICENSEE abandons or quits the Premises or is dispossessed thereof by process of law or otherwise, title to any personal property left on the Premises for fifteen (15) or more days after such event shall at ANAHEIM's option, be deemed to have been abandoned and transferred to ANAHEIM. ANAHEIM shall have the right to remove and dispose of any and all such property without liability therefor to LICENSEE or to LICENSEE’s Designees, and ANAHEIM shall have no duty to account for such property. LICENSEE agrees to reimburse ANAHEIM for any and all costs associated with ANAHEIM transferring or disposing of LICENSEE’s or LICENSEE’s Designees’ personal property pursuant to this Section.
