Disposition of Documents. All documents and records of the Partnership, including, without limitation, all financial records, vouchers, cancelled checks, and bank statements shall be retained by the Partners upon termination of the Partnership. The Partner holding such documents and records shall retain them for a period of at least seven years after the termination of the Partnership and shall make copies thereof available to the other Partners during such period, subject to the provisions of Section 16.5.
