Common use of Disposition of Documents Clause in Contracts

Disposition of Documents. All documents prepared by the Engineer and all documents furnished to the Engineer by the County shall be delivered to the County upon request by the County. The Engineer, at its own expense, may retain copies of such documents or any other data which it has furnished the County under this Contract, but further use of the data is subject to permission by the County.
