Common use of Disposition of Documents Clause in Contracts

Disposition of Documents. All documents prepared by Engineer and all documents furnished to Engineer by the Mobility Authority shall be delivered to the Mobility Authority upon request. Engineer, at its own expense, may retain copies of such documents or any other data which it has furnished the Mobility Authority under this Contract, but further use of the data is subject to permission by the Mobility Authority.
