Disposition of Records. A. The BOP files and records created by the match will be used and accessed by VA only for the purpose stated in Article Ill. B. VA will not create a separate file or system of records, which consists of information concerning only those individuals who are involved in the specific matching program. C. VA will retain BOP data with identifying information only for the period of time required for any processing related to the matching program (ordinarily 90 days). After that time, VA will destroy the data.
