Common use of DISPOSITION OF SURPLUS Clause in Contracts

DISPOSITION OF SURPLUS. On September 2 of each year, commencing September 2, 2018, the Fiscal Agent shall transfer any amounts remaining in the Special Tax Fund following payment of each disbursement required pursuant to subsection (b) above, to the Delinquency Management Fund.
