Common use of Dispute Concerning Extension of Time Clause in Contracts

Dispute Concerning Extension of Time. If Contractor and District cannot agree upon an extension of time, whether compensable or not, then Contractor must have first completed the procedures set forth in Article 18. Upon completion of the procedures set forth under Article 18, Contractor must then comply with the requirements in this Article including those set forth under Article 20.9.

Dispute Concerning Extension of Time. If Contractor and District Owner cannot agree upon an extension of time, whether compensable or not, then Contractor must have first completed the procedures set forth in Article 18Paragraph 8.4. Upon completion of the procedures set forth under Article 18Paragraph 8.4, Contractor must then comply with the requirements in this Article including those set forth under Article 20.9Paragraph 4.6.9.
