Dispute Resolution and Use of Consultants. If the Subrecipient elects to utilize the services of any third-party consultant (i.e. architects/engineers) Consultant to administer all or any portion of the Small Cities project, the Subrecipient shall adequately supervise the work of any Consultant to ensure that the Subrecipient complies with the provisions of the Small Cities Program. The Subrecipient hereby acknowledges that pursuant to its Agreement, the ▇▇▇▇▇▇ Housing Authority as the Subrecipient of CDBG funds, is responsible to the Municipality for the Subrecipient’s compliance with the requirements of the Small Cities Program, regardless of whether the Subrecipient uses a Consultant. The Subrecipient shall be actively involved with any program or project undertaken with CDBG funds, including, but not limited to, any rehabilitation and perform duties as necessary to carry out the Project/Program effectively and efficiently.
