Dispute Resolution; Issuance of Interpretations by the Community Development Director. Should a dispute arise between the parties concerning the proper interpretation of this Agreement, the Community Development Director shall issue a written interpretation of the disputed provision of this Agreement within thirty (30) days of receipt of a written request by the Developer, but only after consultation with the City Attorney, any affected City department, the Developer and counsel for the Developer.
