Common use of Disputed Property Clause in Contracts

Disputed Property. The Trustees may detain any legally disputed property until an appropriate final judgement is obtained from a court of competent jurisdiction; provided that the Trustees shall, unless prohibited by law or otherwise directed by a court of competent jurisdiction, make the distribution(s) contemplated in Article 5.B hereof.
