Disputed Transactions. In case of disputed Card transactions, we may, subject to any restrictions under applicable law, decide not to proceed with Chargebacks at our sole discretion. Reasons for this might include: a. Not receiving sufficient information to determine that an error occurred. b. Not receiving a notification about the payment error in a timely manner. c. Disputes being caused by the risky nature of transactions undertaken with the Card. d. We have evidence that you or someone you gave your Card to, authorised the transactions in dispute.
