Disputes Regarding Termination. If COMPANY disputes any termination by M.I.T. under this Section, it must notify M.I.T. of the nature of such dispute and the proposed manner in which to resolve the dispute within twenty (20) days of receipt of notification of breach or notification of termination by M.I.T., whichever is sooner. If the parties do not resolve such dispute within ten (10) days of such notification, then COMPANY shall be required to initiate the dispute resolution procedures outlined in Section 13.3(a) within five (5) days.
