Common use of Disqualification of Institution Maintaining Collection Account Clause in Contracts

Disqualification of Institution Maintaining Collection Account. In the event the Qualified Institution maintaining the Collection Account ceases to be such, then, upon the occurrence of such event and the establishment of a new Collection Account with a Qualified Institution pursuant to Section 4.1(a) and thereafter, the Master Servicer and RCFC shall deposit or cause to be deposited all Collections as set forth in Section 4.2(a) into the new Collection Account, and in no such event shall the Master Servicer or an Affiliate of the Master Servicer deposit any Collections thereafter into any account established, held or maintained with the institution formerly maintaining the Collection Account (unless it later becomes a Qualified Institution or qualified corporate trust department).

In the event the that a Qualified Institution maintaining the Collection Account ceases to be such, then, upon the occurrence of such event and the establishment of a new Collection Account Account, as appropriate, with a Qualified Institution pursuant to Section 4.1(a5.1(a) and thereafter, the Master Servicer and RCFC TFFC shall deposit or cause to be deposited all Collections as set forth in Section 4.2(a5.2(a) into the such new Collection Account, and in no such event shall the Master Servicer or an Affiliate of the Master Servicer deposit any Collections thereafter into any account established, held or maintained with the institution formerly maintaining the Collection Account Account, as applicable (unless it later becomes a Qualified Institution or qualified corporate trust department).
