Disqualified Equity Interests. Issue or suffer to exist with respect to such Person any Disqualified Equity Interests or be subject to any other obligation that requires such Person to purchase, redeem, retire, or otherwise acquire for value any Equity Interests of such Person, including any “put” or similar rights.
