Common use of Dissemination Agent Clause in Contracts

Dissemination Agent. The City may, from time to time, appoint or engage a Dissemination Agent to assist it in carrying out its obligations under this Disclosure Agreement, and may discharge any such Dissemination Agent, with or without appointing a successor Dissemination Agent. The Dissemination Agent may resign by providing 30 days’ written notice to the City. If at any time there is not any other designated Dissemination Agent, the Trustee shall be the Dissemination Agent.

If at any time there is not any other designated Dissemination Agent, the Trustee shall be the Dissemination Agent.

If at The Dissemination Agent shall not be responsible in any time there manner for the content of any notice or report prepared by the City pursuant to this Disclosure Agreement. The initial Dissemination Agent is not any other designated Dissemination Agent, the Trustee shall be the Dissemination AgentCity.
