Dissemination     channels Sample Clauses

The "Dissemination channels" clause defines the permitted methods and platforms through which information, materials, or communications may be distributed or shared. It typically specifies whether dissemination is allowed via print, digital media, social networks, email, or other specified channels, and may set limitations or requirements for each. This clause ensures that both parties are clear on how and where information can be shared, helping to prevent unauthorized distribution and maintain control over the spread of sensitive or proprietary content.
