DISSOLUTION OF A MEMBER DISTRICT. If any member district dissolves or consolidates with a district that results in the district no longer being a member of the Cooperative, the liability of the member district will continue with obligation upon the taxpayers within the previous district. All property owned by the Cooperative, both real and personal, will remain in the possession of the Cooperative.
