DISTINCT NEEDS. Carrier shall provide service to meet the unique, distinct needs of the Shipper which shall include but not be limited to team service, driver loading/unloading, overnight delivery, stops in transit, drop trailers, detention, weekend/holiday shipments and dedication of equipment.
DISTINCT NEEDS. ▇▇▇▇▇▇ agrees to solicit and obtain freight for transportation, and to tender to Carrier a series of shipments during the term of this Agreement, and Carrier hereby commits to transport the same, and provide services designed to meet the unique and distinct transportation needs of Broker and its customers. Such needs include but are not limited to: (i) providing suitable transportation equipment, including specialized over-the-road equipment and accessories, as required by the nature, consistency, and volume of the freight tendered to Carrier; (ii) providing flexible, responsive transportation at flexible contract freight rates that may be amended from time to time through a simplified notice provision; (iii) providing invoiced to Broker and accepting payment from Broker, instead of from shipper or receiver; (iv) maintaining a system of communication whereby Broker shall be advised of the location of each shipment accepted for transportation by Carrier; and (v) transmitting timely, complete information that permits the accurate and real-time tracking and tracing of shipments accepted by Carrier.
DISTINCT NEEDS. Time is of the essence in Carrier’s performance of it’s obligations, and Carrier recognizes that the timely and safe delivery of the lading, pursuant to Shipper’s distinct needs for the transportation and delivery, is a basis for entry into the Agreement. Carrier agrees to transport all shipments arranged by Broker with prompt and reasonable dispatch in accordance with scheduled delivery appointments set by Shipper or its customers. Shipper delivery service levels must be maintained at 98% or better, Carrier recognizes that Shipper has other distinct needs with regard to traffic including, but not limited to, a need for simplified rating and billing and a need for suitable equipment to protect the character, nature and perishability of the freight.

  • Special Needs Any Passenger with mobility, communication or other impairments, or other special or medical needs that may require medical care or special accommodations during the cruise or CruiseTour, including but not limited to the use of any service animal, must notify the Carrier of any such condition at the time of booking. ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ agrees to accept responsibility and reimburse Carrier for any loss, damage or expense whatsoever related to the presence of any service animal brought on board the Vessel or Transport. Passengers acknowledge and understand that certain international safety requirements, shipbuilding standards, and/or applicable regulations involving design, construction or operation of the Vessel may restrict access to facilities or activities for persons with mobility, communication or other impairments or special needs.   • Prescription Glasses This plan covers prescription glasses as follows: • Frames - one (1) collection frame per plan year; • Lenses - one (1) pair of glass or plastic collection lenses per plan year. This includes single vision, bifocal, trifocal, lenticular, and standard progressive lenses. This plan covers the following lens treatments: • UV treatment; • tint (fashion, gradient, and glass-grey); • standard plastic scratch coating; • standard polycarbonate; and • photocromatic/transitions plastic. This plan covers one (1) supply of contact lenses as follows: • conventional contact lenses - one (1) pair per plan year from a selection of • extended wear disposable lenses - up to a 6-month supply of monthly or two- week single vision spherical or toric disposable contact lenses per plan year; or • daily wear disposable lenses - up to a 3-month supply of daily single vision spherical disposable contact lenses per plan year. This plan also covers the evaluation, fitting, or follow-up care related to contact lenses. This plan covers additional contact lenses if your prescribing network provider submits a verification form, with the regular claim form, verifying that you have one of the following conditions: • anisometropia of 3D in meridian powers; • high ametropia exceeding -10D or +10D in meridian powers; • keratoconus when the member’s vision is not correctable to 20/25 in either or both eyes using standard spectacle lenses; and • vision improvement for members whose vision can be corrected two lines of improvement on the visual acuity chart when compared to the best corrected standard spectacle lenses.

  • Components Patheon will purchase and test all Components (with the exception of Client-Supplied Components) at Patheon’s expense and as required by the Specifications.

  • Service Animals Humber Residence acknowledges the rights of persons with disabilities to retain their service animal while living in Residence. In order to preserve the health and safety of all people and animals living or working in the Residence environment, the Resident will notify the Residence Office that they require a service animal and will provide documentation as outlined in the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act confirming that the Resident requires the service animal. The Resident will also complete a Service Animal Agreement with the Residence Manager or designate, and agrees to adhere to the requirements within it.
