Distribution and Licensing Sample Clauses

The Distribution and Licensing clause defines the terms under which a party may distribute and license the subject matter, such as software, products, or intellectual property, to third parties. It typically outlines the scope of rights granted, any restrictions on sublicensing or redistribution, and may specify territories, channels, or formats in which distribution is permitted. This clause ensures that both parties understand the boundaries and permissions regarding how the subject matter can be shared or commercialized, thereby preventing unauthorized use and clarifying each party’s rights and obligations.
