Distribution Conditions. The licenses granted under Sections 2.1 and 2.2 are conditioned upon and subject to the following restrictions: (a) Licensee shall not allow the CIS Software to perform Automated Learning functionality in ** or ** or Derivative works thereof within Licensee's Products for a period of twelve (12) months from the Effective Date.
