Distribution Date Clause Samples

Distribution Date. Distribution Date" means the date that the Distribution is effective.

Distribution Date. Shares, if any, shall be distributed to the Participant in the manner set forth in Section 3(a) on the date the Committee makes a certification in writing with respect to the achievement of the Performance Objectives for the Performance Period as provided in Section 1(e).

Distribution Date. Rights will separate from the Common Stock and become exercisable following (a) the tenth business day (or such later date as may be determined by the Company’s Board of Directors) after a person or group acquires beneficial ownership of 15% or more of the Company’s Common Stock or (b) the tenth business day (or such later date as may be determined by the Company’s Board of Directors) after a person or group announces a tender or exchange offer, the consummation of which would result in ownership by a person or group of 15% or more of the Company’s Common Stock.

Distribution Date. Distribution Date" shall have the meaning set forth in the Master Separation and Distribution Agreement.

Distribution Date. The eighteenth (18th) day of each month, commencing on the eighteenth day of the month next following the month in which the related Cut-off Date occurs, or if such eighteenth (18th) day is not a Business Day, the first Business Day immediately preceding such eighteenth (18th) day.
