Common use of Distribution Information Clause in Contracts

Distribution Information. (i) the Amount Available; (ii) the aggregate Advances outstanding; (iii) the aggregate Advances for each Lender; (iv) the aggregate Lender Commitments; and (v) an itemization of the amounts to be disbursed or paid pursuant to Section 8.3 of the Loan Financing and Servicing Agreement.
