Common use of Distribution of Financial Contribution Clause in Contracts

Distribution of Financial Contribution. The financial support for the KAVA Tasks performed by a EIT Manufacturing Partner in a KAVA shall be distributed by KIC LE in accordance with the eligible cost as set out in the financial statements of the EIT Manufacturing Partner, however, subject to: - the approval of these financial statements by ▇▇▇ LE, and - the provisions of payment in Article 10.1.5 and 10.2. of these Terms EIT Manufacturing Partner shall receive the financial support only for its KAVA Tasks carried out in accordance with the KAVA Plan for the KAVA concerned.
