Distribution of Materials. (a) The Federation shall have the right to distribute Federation materials and literature in Bargaining Unit members' mailboxes. Distribution of such materials shall be made only by authorized representatives of the Federation. All materials distributed by the Federation shall bear the name of the Federation. No competing organization shall be extended this right. (b) No competing labor organization shall have the right to distribute literature at the work site.
