Distribution of Materials. 1. The UNION shall have the right to use inter-office mail facilities to deliver mail within a College/University. 2. Local Union agreements that were mutually agreed upon by the State and the UNION to be negotiated at the local level and pertain to college wide issues shall be posted on the College/University website.
