Distribution of Materials. If the Contractor has regular contact with the public in the daily administration of its business, the Contractor hereby agrees to provide and distribute materials and information related to whether and how to obtain various forms of City, State, and Federal government-issued identification as the Agency directs in accordance with the Agency’s plans developed pursuant to E.O. 150.
