Common use of Distribution of Project Information Clause in Contracts

Distribution of Project Information. The Architect shall promptly furnish to the Owner’s Representative copies of all drawings, documents, reports, correspondence, studies, meeting minutes and other written records, on any media, created by the Architect or which comes into the possession of the Architect and which are required, desired or necessary to keep the Owner informed of the progress of the Architect’s Services, the progress of the Project, or as otherwise may be requested by the Owner pursuant to this Agreement. Deliverables for the final Schematic Design Phase documents shall be a minimum of three (3) hard copies of all documents submitted for review and one (1) electronic copy in approved electronic media.
