Distribution of Recoveries. If at any time the AUS-NZ Security Trustee receives money under a Loan Document that is available for distribution, whether or not it represents the proceeds of recovery action taken under any Loan Document, then the AUS-NZ Security Trustee must, subject to any Applicable Law to the contrary including section 140 of the PPSA Australia, distribute that money in accordance with this Agreement.
