Common use of Distribution of Recoveries Clause in Contracts

Distribution of Recoveries. If any proceedings are commenced by a Gateway Operator or Gateway Operators pursuant to this clause 9, and GNGB renders administrative assistance pursuant to clause 9.5 to facilitate the conduct of those proceedings, then any award of damages or costs in favour of that or those Gateway Operators must first be applied to reimburse GNGB for those costs incurred by it in rendering such administrative assistance.
