DISTRIBUTION OF THE ESCROWED PROPERTY. All distributions of Escrowed Property to the Partners to be made by the Escrow Agent under this Section shall be made so that each Partner receives his or her Pro Rata Share of the total amount of each type of property (principally TriZetto Common Stock) constituting the Escrowed Property held in the Escrow Account immediately before such distribution.
