Common use of Distribution of Written Materials Clause in Contracts

Distribution of Written Materials. Any written materials to be distributed by the Trustee to the Holders pursuant to this Agreement shall be delivered or sent by mail (or otherwise communicated in the same manner as Orbital utilizes in communications to holders of Orbital Common Shares) to each Holder at its address as shown on the books of the Corporation. The Corporation shall provide or cause to be provided to the Trustee for this purpose, on a timely basis and without charge or other expense: (a) a List; and (b) upon the request of the Trustee, mailing labels to enable the Trustee to carry out its duties under this Agreement.
