Common use of Distribution Report Clause in Contracts

Distribution Report. In conjunction with each Distribution, Seller shall provide Buyer a statement indicating the amount of the Distribution with (i) a reasonably detailed breakdown by payment category of the Receipts underlying the Distribution (i.e., interest, principal or other fee payable under the Loan Documents) and (ii) a reasonably detailed breakdown by category of the Distribution to Buyer and Seller pursuant to Section 5.8;

Distribution Report.
