Distribution Request. You may distribute all or part of your Account balance at any time. All requests for distribution shall be in a form and manner provided by or acceptable to us. We shall have no duty to ascertain whether any payment or distribution as directed by you is proper under the provisions of the Code, this Agreement, or otherwise. We shall not be responsible for the purpose, sufficiency, or propriety of any distribution. We are only authorized to make distributions in accordance with instructions of the Investor, or after the Investor’s death, of their Beneficiary, or as otherwise provided for in this Agreement. Such instructions must be given in a form and manner acceptable to us.
