Distribution Rules. (a) All distributions pursuant to Section 6.01 hereof shall be at such times and in such amounts as shall be determined by the General Partner, in its sole discretion. (b) Any distributions made by the Partnership pursuant to Section 6.01 hereof shall be made only in cash.
