Common use of Distribution Service Clause in Contracts

Distribution Service. Under this Schedule the Company will distribute Gas to the Customer’s Point of Consumption pursuant to the Rate Schedule(s) identified herein. This Schedule replaces any previous Distribution Service Schedules for the Point of Consumption set out herein, subject to the settlement of any surviving obligations.
