Common use of Distribution Terms Clause in Contracts

Distribution Terms. Subject to early termination in accordance with the provisions contained herein, the Distribution Term shall begin on the Effective Date of this Agreement and continue in full force for a period of twelve (12) months. The Distribution Term will be from July 25, 2001 to July 24, 2002.
