Distributions by Agent. All distributions to the Agent under any clause of Section 2.1(c) or any other provision of this Agreement in respect of amounts owing to the Agent and the Purchasers shall be allocated and paid by the Agent to the Purchasers as the Agent and the Purchasers shall agree.
