Common use of Distributions by Agent Clause in Contracts

Distributions by Agent. Agent shall promptly distribute to each Lender by wire transfer, such Lender’s applicable Pro Rata Share of all payments and prepayments of principal and interest due hereunder, together with all other amounts due thereto, including, without limitation, all fees payable with respect thereto, to the extent received by Agent. If and to the extent that Agent has not forwarded to any Lender such ▇▇▇▇▇▇’s share of any such payment on the same Business Day as such payment is received (or deemed received) from the Borrower, Agent shall pay to such Lender interest on such amount at the Base Rate for each day until payment is received by such Lender.
