Distributor Independent Contractor Sample Clauses

The Distributor Independent Contractor clause establishes that the distributor operates as an independent contractor rather than as an employee, agent, or partner of the company. This means the distributor is responsible for their own business operations, taxes, and liabilities, and does not receive employment benefits or direct supervision from the company. By clearly defining the relationship, this clause helps prevent misclassification issues and limits the company's liability for the distributor's actions.
