District Program. The District shall provide basic life insurance $75,000 provided by MetLife, major medical insurance provided under CalPERS, dental insurance Delta Dental PPO Plan $1,000 and the Delta Dental PPO Plan $2,500 dental insurance plans provided by Delta Dental, and the Signature Plan vision insurance: provided by Vision Service Plan (VSP). Current Health and Welfare plan options are available for review on the Mt. SAC Human Resources website.

District Program a. The District may develop or modify a specific educational program that requires flexible work hours by an employee. Consideration shall be given to building/program needs. b. The scheduled work hours may not exceed 38.75 hours per week or the appropriate pro rata portion thereof based on the employee’s FTE. c. Prior to implementation, the District shall advise the Association of the creation of the position and the specific educational program. d. The position shall be posted consistent with District procedures and the District shall follow the voluntary transfer provisions, Article IV, Section 10. e. The District agrees that it will not involuntarily transfer an employee to the position in the event the position is not filled by a voluntary transfer.

  • HEALTH PROGRAM 3701 Health examinations required by the Employer shall be provided by the Employer and shall be at the expense of the Employer. 3702 Time off without loss of regular pay shall be allowed at a time determined by the Employer for such medical examinations and laboratory tests, provided that these are performed on the Employer’s premises, or at a facility designated by the Employer. 3703 With the approval of the Employer, a nurse may choose to be examined by a physician of her/his own choice, at her/his own expense, as long as the Employer receives a statement as to the fitness of the nurse from the physician. 3704 Time off for medical and dental examinations and/or treatments may be granted and such time off, including necessary travel time, shall be chargeable against accumulated income protection benefits.

  • Orally Administered Anticancer Medication In accordance with RIGL § 27-20-67, prescription drug coverage for orally administered anticancer medications is provided at a level no less favorable than coverage for intravenously administered or injected cancer medications covered under your medical benefit.

  • Pilot Programs The Employer may develop voluntary pilot programs to test the acceptability of various risk management programs. Incentives for participation in such programs may include limited short-term improvements to the benefits outlined in this Article. Implementation of such pilot programs is subject to the review and approval of the Joint Labor-Management Committee on Health Plans.

  • Medical Services Plan 10.1.1 Regular Full-Time and Temporary Full-Time Employees shall be entitled to be covered under the Medical Services Plan commencing the first day of the calendar month following the date of employment. 10.1.2 The City shall pay one hundred percent (100%) of the premiums required by the Plan.
