DIVIDING AN EXISTING FACULTY. 1. If faculties must be divided to staff other buildings, the following procedure will be utilized: a. Any staff member willing to voluntarily transfer to another building will submit a letter stating so to the Executive Director of Human Resources. b. The Administration will project anticipated staff by using projected enrollment and class size requirements. c. Placement of teachers will be determined by the Administration utilizing criteria given above in Section E. d. If the building is not satisfactorily staffed from volunteers, then it will be necessary to activate the involuntary transfer policy and/or consider outside applicants. e. All transfers will be considered before any new staff is hired for the school. 2. All teachers will be notified of changes in their placement as soon as possible.
