Common use of Divisibility Clause in Contracts

Divisibility. Should an arbitrator declare any provision of this Agreement to be invalid, such declaration shall not affect the validity of the remaining portion of any such provision or the validity of any other term or provision of this Agreement as a whole or any part thereof, other than the specific portion declared to be invalid.
