Common use of Division or Combination of Warrants Clause in Contracts

Division or Combination of Warrants. This Warrant may be divided or combined with other Warrants upon presentment hereof and of any Warrant or Warrants with which this Warrant is to be combined at the Warrant Agency, together with a written notice specifying the names and denominations (which shall be whole numbers of shares only) in which the new Warrant or Warrants are to be issued, signed by the holders hereof and thereof or their respective duly authorized agents or attorneys.
