The DMA Trading Limits clause sets boundaries on the volume or value of trades that can be executed through Direct Market Access (DMA) systems. In practice, this clause may specify maximum daily, monthly, or per-transaction limits for trading activity, and can apply to individual users, accounts, or the entire organization. DMA Trading Limits. Openmarkets may at any time through the DMA Service impose, and from time to time vary, DMA Trading Limits. Without limitation, Openmarkets may impose DMA Trading Limits on any or all of the following: a. the value or number of any buy Orders or trades; b. the value or number of any sell Orders or trades;
DMA Trading Limits. OpenMarkets may at any time through the DMA Service impose, and from time to time vary, DMA Trading Limits provided that any DMA Trading Limit must not operate to reduce the Trading Limits as set out in Schedule 3. Without limitation, OpenMarkets may impose DMA Trading Limits on any or all of the following: (a) the value or number of any buy Orders or trades; (b) the value or number of any sell Orders or trades; (c) the available cleared funds; (d) the available sponsored stock; (e) the net value of any buy Orders or trades less sell Orders or trades; (f) the gross value of any buy Orders or trades and any sell Orders or trades; (g) the value of any Order or trade; and (h) the value of any Order submitted by one or more Authorised Person, or trade undertaken by such a person. The Licensee must comply, and ensure that each Authorised Person complies, with all applicable DMA Trading Limits.

  • Trading Cushion The Selling Period for any previous Issuance Notice shall have expired.

  • Shares Listed on Trading Market The Shares shall have been listed and admitted and authorized for trading on the Trading Market, and satisfactory evidence of such actions shall have been provided to the Manager.

  • Equity Trading and Transaction Settlement The equity trading desks execute buy and sell order based on instructions provided by affiliated advisers. The trading staff either places orders electronically or contacts brokers to place orders, find liquidity and seek price levels. Upon completion of a transaction, the transaction settlement group works with the broker and the account custodian to ensure timely and accurate exchange of securities and monies.

  • No Suspensions of Trading in Common Stock; Listing Trading in the Common Stock shall not have been suspended by the Commission or any Trading Market (except for any suspensions of trading of not more than one Trading Day solely to permit dissemination of material information regarding the Company) at any time since the date of execution of this Agreement, and the Common Stock shall have been at all times since such date listed for trading on a Trading Market;

  • Current Market Price For all purposes of this Agreement, the Current Market Price per share of Common Stock on any date shall be deemed to be the average of the daily closing prices for the thirty consecutive business days commencing before such date. The closing price for each day shall be (a) if the Common Stock shall be listed or admitted to trading on the New York Stock Exchange, the closing price on the NYSE-Consolidated Tape (or any successor composite tape recording transactions on the New York Stock Exchange) or, if such a composite tape shall not be in use or shall not report transactions in the Common Stock, or if the Common Stock shall be listed on a stock exchange other than the New York Stock Exchange, the last reported sales price regular way on the principal national securities exchange on which the Common Stock shall be listed or admitted to trading (which shall be the national securities exchange on which the greatest number of shares of the Common Stock has been traded during such thirty consecutive business days), or, in either case, if there is no transaction on any such day, the average of the bid and asked prices regular way on such day, or (b) if the Common Stock shall not be listed or admitted to trading on any national securities exchange, the closing price, if reported, or, if the closing price is not reported, the average of the closing bid and asked prices, as reported by the National Association of Securities Dealers Automated Quotation (Nasdaq) National Market or a similar source selected from time to time by the Company for the purpose. If on any such date the shares of Common Stock are not quoted by any such source, the fair value of such shares on such date, as determined by the Board of Directors of the Company, shall be used.
