The "Do Nothing" clause establishes that, in certain circumstances, a party is not required to take any action or provide a response. In practice, this clause may apply when an event occurs that would otherwise require a party to act, but the agreement explicitly allows them to refrain from intervening or making changes. Its core function is to clarify that inaction is permissible and does not constitute a breach, thereby preventing disputes over whether a party was obligated to act in a given situation.

Do Nothing. If you do nothing, you will not be a Participating Class Member and you will not qualify to receive a monetary payment, but you will be bound by the release in the Settlement Agreement.
Do Nothing. If you want to participate in the settlement and receive a settlement payment, do nothing. A check will be mailed to you if the Court grants final approval of the settlement. If you do nothing, you will stay in the Settlement Class, be bound by any judgment entered by the Court, and you will release your claims against Defendant about collection of your biometric information.
