DOCK WORK Clause Samples

The DOCK WORK clause defines the responsibilities and procedures related to performing work on or around a dock area. Typically, this clause outlines safety requirements, permissible activities, and any necessary permissions or notifications that must be made before commencing dock-related operations, such as loading or unloading goods. By clearly specifying these expectations, the clause helps prevent accidents, ensures compliance with regulations, and allocates responsibility for maintaining a safe and orderly dock environment.
