Common use of Document Agreement Clause in Contracts

Document Agreement. This Agreement contains all the terms and conditions agreed upon by the Parties and no other agreement, oral or otherwise, including District’s Request for Proposal, regarding the subject matter of this Agreement, or any part thereof, shall have any validity or bind the Parties. The complete Agreement consists of this Agreement and the Proposal of Contractor, which is incorporated herein by reference. In the event of any conflict between the terms of this Agreement and the Proposal, the terms of this Agreement shall govern.
